I. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions exclusively apply to all business relations between a customer (customer or ‘Buyer’ hereafter) and Sauneco OÜ (Sauneco OÜ, ‘Seller’, ‘us’ hereafter) relating to products offered by Sauneco OÜ and purchased by the customer through this website as defined below.
We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion without prior notice.
We appreciate your interest in our website and our company. Despite careful control we take no liability for the content of external links.
The protection of your personal data which is collected, processed and used during your visit to our website is important to us. Your data is protected under the data protection law. The following statement provides an overview of how we ensure this protection and what type of data is collected during your visit to our website and how it is used:
1. Collection and processing of data
Every visit to our website and each download of a file stored on our website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes.
Data processing on this website automatically saves log files on its server which are provided by your browser. Recorded: name of the file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful download, web browser and requesting domain. Additionally, the IP addresses of the computers are logged.
2. Use and disclosure of personal data
Additional personal data is only collected if you provide this information voluntarily, eg as part of an inquiry. If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to respond to your request and for our technical administration. Your personal information will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transferred with your previously given consent.
You have the right to cancel your consent at any time with effect for the future. The deletion of your stored personal data is made if you request to cancel the storage of your personal data in writing.

Upon written request, we will inform you about your personal data that we store. You always have the right to receive information regarding your personal data, its origin and destination and the purpose of storage.
We strive to protect your personal data by taking all technical and organizational possibilities so that they are not accessible to third parties. When communicating by e-mail the complete data security can not be guaranteed, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.
III. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
The price of a product as shown on Sauneco OÜ website is expressed in Euros all inclusive of tax.
Sauneco OÜ reserves the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time before a contract between a customer and Sauneco is concluded as well as the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
IV. FORCE MAJEURE
Sauneco OÜ will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
In case of these Force Majeure events, Sauneco OÜ obligations will be suspended. The contract between the customer and Sauneco OÜ can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Sauneco OÜ.
A Force Majeure occurs in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, Sauneco OÜ will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.
V. QUOTES, ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION
Quotes, made by Sauneco OÜ in whatever form, are not binding upon Sauneco OÜ.
All quotes issued by Sauneco OÜ are revocable and subject to change without notice. Orders are not binding until accepted by Sauneco OÜ in writing. Sauneco OÜ shall be entitled to refuse an order without indication of its reasons.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, (in which case an extra charge may be made) delivery will be to curbside at the Buyer’s address.
The Customer is responsible for unloading goods with his own labour and without undue delay. The customer must organise adequate labour to unload. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being returned to our warehouse and a charge for delivery being made.
Space for the delivery vehicle will need to be reserved if the delivery takes place in a narrow road where there is no passing room for other vehicles. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being returned to our warehouse and a charge for delivery being made.
VII. PASSING OF RISK AND PROPERTY
The risk in goods supplied will pass to the Buyer on delivery. All goods remain the property of the Seller until payment in full has been received by the Seller of all sums owed by the Buyer to the Seller at the time of delivery, whether in respect of goods then supplied or otherwise.
Any purchases you make are subject to our warranty terms and conditions below.
These additional terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
1) The warranty period is 2 years from the original date of purchase.
2) In case of used, second-hand goods the warranty period is 12 months.
3) The warranty applies within the EU and Switzerland territory.
4) If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period we will promptly repair, or at our option, replace it free of charge.
5) Replaced products or parts thereof are our property and shall be returned to us.
6) The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts.
7) The warranty claims must be asserted promptly, as soon as you become aware of it and within the warranty period.

No claims will be accepted for damage caused by:
- Arising from failure to follow instructions
- Improper handling/usage
- Environmental factors (moisture, heat, cold, etc.)
- Excessive force
- unauthorized intervention by third parties
- Unauthorized repair or attempted repair
- unauthorized modification or alteration
Natural occurring wood characteristics such as variations in grain, color, mineral streaks, and knots, are not considered defects. Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches that occur with normal use, damages which result from improper use, lack of care or negligence is not covered.
Damages not covered under warranty (or out of warranty) will be repaired for a reasonable rate and shipping charges for all non-warranty repairs are at the owner’s expense.
IX. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Your order should reach you in complete and good condition.
Please check your order before signing the delivery driver’s paperwork – please mark any missing or damaged items on the delivery driver’s paperwork. This will help us to process any replacement item or refund requests.
X. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
You can cancel your contract in text form (e.g. letter, Fax, e-mail) within 14 days without giving any reasons or, if the item is delivered before the deadline, by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery), and also not before the fulfillment of our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph, section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to § 312g, paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
To warrant this cancellation period it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the article.

Consequences of the Cancellation:
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and other benefits (for example interest) must be returned.
Should you not be able to return the received goods, or only be able to return the received goods partly or in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the lost value. For the deterioration of the items or derived benefits, you must pay compensation only, if the deterioration of the product exceeds, what is under normal conditions necessary to test the goods and their function.
“Testing the goods and function” means the testing and evaluation of the respective goods, such as it is customary in a store.
Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You will be responsible for the regular cost of the return, if the goods are as ordered, and if the price of the goods does not exceed 40 €, or if you have not yet made any payment at the time of the revocation, or only a partial payment as contractually agreed upon. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. If goods cannot be packaged, they will be picked up.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be made in full within 30 days. The period begins for you with the declaration of cancellation, or for us with the receipt of the returned goods.
1. Ordering and Payment
You can buy our products through our website or by e-mail.
In case you send an order via e-mail, we will contact you within 24 hours. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This way you can be sure that we have received your order and see the list of your ordered goods.
We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time, delivery method and payment method. Depending on the request there are several delivery and payment options.
You can select the appropriate payment method:
- Cash on delivery
- Transfer to bank account
- Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
After ordering you can make the payment via the Internet Netscape Estonia AS (Estonia Nets AG Security Portal). When entering credit card data, the data transmission is encrypted. Here you must indicate the credit card number, expiration date of the credit card and owners name. In addition, the credit card CVC or CVV code is required, a kind of test number. The card-issuing bank is also connected to the 3D-Secure procedure, so are the credit card transactions done very safely.
After the payment through bank, with credit card or through PayPal you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail. You will also get a notification e-mail if the purchase amount is is in our account.
The MasterCard SecureCode / Verified by Visa password additionally secures your internet purchases. Your credit card information / your bank details will not be given to any third parties.
3. Special offers and promotions
For all special offers and promotions please read the corresponding information through carefully!
General rules for special offers and promotions are as follows:
- A discount or special price applies specifically to the products or articles which are clearly described under specification or conditions.
- In general the special offers are valid while the stock lasts or until the specified date. For all our offered articles apply our Terms and Conditions, 14-day-returns and specified warranty.
4. Delivery and prices
You can choose between several delivery methods to select the appropriate delivery:
Self pick-up – you organize the transport.
Logistics company (spedition) – we will organize the delivery using our logistics partners.
Sauneco transport – we will deliver the goods ourselves (includes an advisory about 1 hour).
Selection of the delivery period:
- In case you choose a „sauneco transport”, you have a possibility to receive your order at the exact date and time. In that case you can order for instance a crane to place a sauna or plan a birthday surprise. The exact delivery time we may agree with you immediately after ordering.
- In case you choose delivery method „logistics company“ (spedition), we can tell you the approximate delivery time within 1-2 working days. Everything else depends on the logistics company.
- In case you choose delivery method „self pick-up“, you can pick-up your order whenever it is suitable for you. You can even pick-up the goods in the evenings or on Saturday.
You will get an e-mail confirmation when your order is prepared for delivery or ready for pick-up.
For the purchased items there is a 14-day Return Policy. You can return the goods without giving reasons within 14 calendar days after the delivery.

Remember to keep the following information:
- Your Web Order,
- the full address at which the goods can be picked up,
- a phone number where you can be reached,
- a preferred date for collection by our carriers.
After receiving your message we will send you a confirmation. Your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Your refund will be processed as soon as your returned item has arrived into our warehouse. Refunds are normally processed within one week. The money will be returned to your credit card account / bank account. When exactly the money will be in your bank account depends already on your bank.
7. Important information for restitution
If you have received the goods and have noticed some differences etc or have any questions at all, please contact our customer service:

In case you want to return the goods, you must inform us within 14 days in written form. All items must be returned in new, unused condition. They must not be damaged or soiled.
Please note that you must compensate the value if you hand over the goods to us in a worse condition. A deterioration of the product is also taken into consideration if the product is no longer complete or has been used.
Due to the nature of the goods, such as size, weight, special orders, unloading possibilities etc., the returns must be agreed with the Seller. The returns without prior written consultation may not be accepted by the Seller for technical reasons. The assumption will not be accepted by the seller and the goods will be returned. In that case the shipping or travel expenses are at customers expense.
8. Late Returns
For the purchased items is a 14-day-withdrawal. You can return the goods without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days after the delivery.
After 14-day period only exceptional circumstances and with prior written approval or consultation with the seller on a good will basis is possible. In these cases, the seller can act at its own discretion.
XII. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Estonian law.
Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
